I navigate the world solo, but I’m never truly alone. I find kinship in wind patterns, in the slow hum of trees, in the silence of wild places that mirror my insides. I’ve made it a practice, maybe even an art to romanticize my life. To feel things in full. To make the sacred sensual, whether I’m steeped in deep trance or doubled over in laughter with tears running over my cheeks.

I am a keeper of esoteric healing practices of their power, their history, their integrity. I read. I remember. I preserve. I apply. I’m less interested in performance, and more in what works and truly brings relief to the body, clarity to the mind, and reclamation to the soul.

I’m not perfect. I’m not trying to be. But I am real. I’m here. I’ve lived enough to know the weight of trauma and I’ve devoted myself to dissolving it. In people. In places. In lineages. In the unseen.
