By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and interpretations of the information received.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. Any personal information shared with Sara whether during booking, through intake forms, or in session is kept strictly confidential. Your chart data, birth details, session notes, and communications will never be shared, sold, or disclosed without your explicit consent.

All sessions are held in sacred trust. Your experiences, questions, and stories are honored and protected. Sara may keep private session notes for continuity of care and spiritual integrity, but these are for internal use only.

You are welcome to request that your information be deleted or not recorded at any time. By booking a session, you agree to this privacy policy.

Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. By booking a session, workshop, or offering with Sara, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for private sessions. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you miss your session for any reason, your payment is forfeited. Pre-paid amounts will not be applied or credited to a future appointment.

If you are 10 minutes late or more, your session may be cancelled at Sara’s discretion and considered a missed appointment. Missed or late sessions are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Please check your time zone carefully and contact Sara in advance if you anticipate being late.

If you miss a pre-paid session, a new appointment will not be scheduled until payment is completed for the next booking.

Recordings

Audio or video recordings may be offered as a courtesy, when technically possible. However, recordings are not guaranteed. Technology can fail, files can be lost or corrupted, and recordings may not save. By booking a session, you acknowledge that no refund, discount, or redo will be offered in the event that your session is not recorded or the file is unusable. You are welcome to take notes during your session.

Intellectual Property & Content Use

All teachings, tools, session materials, and written or recorded content provided by Sara—whether through sessions, workshops, courses, or seasonal journeys—are the intellectual property of Sara and are intended for the personal use of the client or participant only.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, publish, teach, or redistribute any part of Sara’s materials without explicit written permission. This includes (but is not limited to) spiritual techniques, energy work methods, proprietary frameworks, recordings, written reports, or transmitted content in any format.

Participation in a session or class does not grant you rights to distribute, repurpose, or reuse Sara’s materials for commercial or teaching purposes.
